In terms of anti-static, the coal industry alone requires 5 million sets of anti-static clothing woven from stainless steel fibers every year. It is predicted that various metal fibers, especially ultrafine stainless steel fibers, will be widely used in various fields in the 21st century, with an annual demand of 2000 tons. Currently, the development focus of ultrafine stainless steel fibers is to expand their application areas, and their application prospects include the following aspects: (1) filter material field. Ultra fine stainless steel fibers are used to make fiber felt of various accuracies. (2) In the field of textile products. At present, blended fabrics mixed with metal fibers have already formed a new industry in developed countries, while in China, this aspect has just begun, indicating its market prospects.
